Q: I only received part of my order, where's my other hat(s)?

As a very new small business, we currently do not have our own warehouse. We have more than one supplier manufacturing our caps meaning your hats may be coming from different suppliers and were shipped separately. We apologize for this inconvenience and we hope to have our own warehouse soon. You can always track your order on our website to keep track of the hat(s) in process of delivery.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

Processing times can take up to 7 days at most, in the majority of cases it doesn't take that long. It all depends really at what time you placed your order and how much traffic is passing through our store. Our brand is very new and has been getting an unanticipated amount of traffic since our launch, processing times are by consequence a bit longer. We are doing the best we can, we appreciate all of our customers very much and aim to please. Another important thing to note is that the notification systems can be slowed by consequence of traffic as well. Your order could very well be shipped already but the email notifying you is being held up.

Q: How long will it take to deliver my order?

Standard shipping will take anywhere between a week to three weeks before delivery.

Q: Tracking information is displaying another product with the same tracking code that I didn't order, will I get charged for it?

No. It can happen for orders to share a same tracking code, do not worry about that order. Make sure your order number (ex. #1227) is displayed, you will only receive what you paid for. The other hat(s) are being shipped elsewhere to another customer and have a different order number.
